DVSAS Charity Golf Classic: Saturday, September 26

About the Tournament

On Saturday, September 26, DVSAS will host Barkley Company's 2nd Annual Charity Golf Classic at Lake Padden Golf Club.  This tournament will boast 136 players on one of the most beautiful courses in Whatcom County, all there for a fun-filled day of golf and to help raise money to help victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.

Following the tournament, all are invited to the post-game bbq!  Food and refreshments will be served at the Lake Padden Clubhouse.  Enter for your chance to win an array of exciting draw prizes, including a luxurious cruise, cash, vacation packages, golf merchandise, outdoor gear, and more!

Tee-Off: 9:00am

Format: Shotgun/Scramble- Recrational Division

                 Best Ball- Competitive Divsion

Fee: $100 per player/$400 Team/$500 Corporate Team

If you are interested in promoting your company, recognizing outstanding employees, thanking clients, or conducting a sales promotion, a corporate team may be for you!  Corporate teams are given four rounds of golf that can be given to employees, clients, or customers, as well as these additional benefits:

  • Corpoate logo on event materials
  • Corporate logo on table tents
  • Recognition in local media
  • Opportunity to win Barkley Company's Charity Golf Classic Trophy
  • Entry into the "Best Corporate Presence" contest, for the team with the best corporate theme.  Each team will have 30 minutes to dress up their carts and their team before the tournament begins!
