Working with Victims Training: 11/14-15, 2011

Are you a service provider, social worker, or therapist?  Do you work with people affected by domestic violence and sexual assault?  This two-day training is designed to help you more effectively work with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  Participants will learn the dynamics of abuse, effects of trauma, and common coping mechanisms.  The training will also cover safety planning, communication techniques, tools for empowering clients.
