MISSION
The mission of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services (DVSAS) is to support individuals affected by domestic violence and sexual assault and to lead the community towards ending these abuses of power.
VISION
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services is a county-wide, volunteer based organization that serves individuals of all ages affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. The agency provides client-centered, accessible services which promote empowerment, choice and safety.
The organization is committed to the provision of a full spectrum of victim services in the community, including crisis intervention, shelter, medical and legal advocacy, support services and prevention, education and offenders treatment.
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services takes a leadership role in providing collaborative ways to engage the community in becoming active participants in ending domestic violence
and sexual assault.

We believe all people have the right to be in a safe, non-violent community- free from physical, emotional and sexual abuse.
We believe the roots of sexual assault and domestic violence are based in certain cultural beliefs and attitudes of our society and have their foundation in the abuse of power and control.
