OPEN POSITIONS:

The Business Manager is responsible for the operation of DVSAS business and accounting tasks including financial planning, full-cycle bookkeeping, fund accounting and all financial reporting activities of the organization.  This person is also responsible for managing several commercial leases, capital improvements and maintenance for DVSAS facilities.  The Business Manager participates in the management team and provides support to the Internal Operations Committee and various Ad Hoc Committees of the agency Board of Directors.  This is a full- time, exempt position, hired by and reporting to the Executive Director. The Program Director ensures that all DVSAS services are highly effective, efficiently delivered, responsive to survivor and community needs, fully accessible, in-line with the agency mission and strategic plans, and in compliance with funder and legal requirements. This includes providing overall leadership and supervision to the program management team consisting of the Program Supervisor, Safe Housing Program Manager and the Volunteer and Intern Supervisor. The Program Director reports to the Executive Director and is an integral member of the agency’s management team. The Program Director provides support to the Program Committee of the Board of Directors. This is a full- time, exempt position, hired by and reporting to the Executive Director.
